Rules for Electronic Commercial Messages and Information Text

As Vatan Gazetecilik A.Ş. (“Vatan”), this Electronic Commercial Message Rules and Information Text has been prepared to inform you about the sending of commercial electronic messages and the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data under the Law No. 5809 on Electronic Communications, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and related legislation.

In this context, your communication information, such as the phone number and email address you have shared, will be used for marketing communication purposes, provided you give your consent; this includes the execution of communication within the scope of marketing activities, planning and implementation of marketing processes, conducting marketing analysis studies; and sending commercial electronic messages related to services, promotions, announcements, events, advertisements, promotions, etc. through the channels you have consented to, including mobile applications, social media accounts, SMS, and email, in accordance with the sixth article of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, based on the requirement of approval for commercial electronic messages and the legal reason of explicit consent as per the first paragraph of Article 5 of the KVKK.

You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time. If you withdraw your consent regarding the sending of electronic commercial messages, it will be considered that you have revoked your explicit consent.

Your personal data will be used by Vatan directly or through data processors and will be shared with Vatan's business partners and suppliers in line with the purposes specified.

You can submit your requests regarding your rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK through the channels indicated in the Member Information Text, in accordance with the “Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller.”
